  • B.Sc. in IT, or MIS, or Computer Science or any related field
  • Individuals with ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, VCP certifications will be preferred.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and hand on experience with the following:
  • Enterprise servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms and datacenter facilities.
  • Windows desktop and server systems, software and services
  • Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services
  • Expertise in Exchange, Active Directory, Backups, AntiVirus, File/Print services.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Systems Administrator is a member of the 24×7 IT Operations Team and is primarily responsible for the management, administration, support, and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s various servers, storage, datacenter facilities and IT systems deployed to support the business operations.
  • Scheduling/running of system backups, system upgrades, OS patching, preventative maintenance, hardware replacement, system troubleshooting, logs review, etc.
  • Monitoring systems and infrastructure by means of enterprise monitoring solution (Nagios, ManageEngine OPManager, Microsoft SCCM)
  • Deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Intel based server hardware.
  • VMware vSphere administration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Design, build and support server platforms (both physical and virtual) for use by business and application deployment.
  • PowerShell scripting, support and troubleshooting of Microsoft Server Operating Systems issues, support and troubleshooting of Intel based server hardware including RAID technologies.
  • Administering and troubleshooting Windows Client (7, 8, 8.1, 10) and Server (2012, 2016, 2019) Operating
  • Systems, including AD components, file servers permissions, group objects, printer management and event log troubleshooting.
  • Administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Web Services, FTP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, AD Group Policies, IIS/Apache, LDAP, and Patch Management.
  • Linux OS administration, troubleshooting and maintenance (RedHat, CentOS, SuSE)
  • Exchange 2013/2016/2019 administration, troubleshooting and maintenance.

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be given necessary training required to build your book of clients but a positiove attitude and enthusiasm for sales is cruicial.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains a strong relationship with the client.
  • Manages all system entries with regard to new policies / policy endorsements / Additions & Deletions for his / her client portfolio.
  • Aims to become the client’s primary contact with regard to medical and life claims in accordance with the terms of their policy.
  • Prepares detailed claims analysis reports and is willing to attend client meetings to present the same where required.
  • Assist with the production of benefits comparison reports, for presentation to the client
  • Assists with interpretation of policy terms and conditions Performs such other duties as may be required from time to time
  • Services the client to the required standards.
  • Demonstrates regulatory awareness.
  • Adheres to the contents of the Operating Procedures Manual (OPM) and the Company’s overall internal procedures and policies
