activities such as processing policies, renewals, endorsements and certificates as required.<br>\n\u2022\tUndertake all data input for policies written<br>\n\u2022\tPrepare\/compile underwriting and operations statistics from time to time as required.<br>\n\u2022\tMaintain information on enquiries received, follow up with branches on status of quotes and approvals and update the status on the information spread sheets<br>\n\u2022\tHelp prepare reinsurance renewal information, quotations and facultative reinsurance slips under supervision of management.<br>\n\u2022\tEnsure that all filing and administration on risks and policies is complete and professional.<br>\n\u2022\tDemonstrate ability to liaise with clients,  brokers and branch staff at all levels.<br>\n\u2022\tEffectively plan and organize workload in order to meet business timescales.<br>\n\u2022\tDemonstrate an effective approach to multi-tasking and ability to meet timelines.<br>\n\u2022\tComplete all activities accurately.<br>\n\u2022\tDemonstrate competence in using Company\u2019s systems and processes as required.<br>\n\u2022\tDemonstrate competence in word processing and excel as required.<br>\n\u2022\tIdentify personal knowledge and skill gaps relevant to the job role.<br>\n\u2022\tAdhere to the Company\u2019s internal procedures and policies including underwriting
