Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that the Company’s activities in different jurisdictions are in adherence with all applicable laws, rules and regulations to the Company

Main Responsibilities

  • Assists in developing and maintaining the Company’s Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitors and ensures day-to-day compliance with the Company’s own internal Compliance policies and procedures and the applicable laws/regulations.
  • Reports on the effectiveness of the licensee’s AML/CFT controls, for consideration by senior management.
  • Works with the Human Resources Department and other department as appropriate to develop an effective and adequate arrangement for staff awareness and training on AML/CFT matters.

  • Actively participates in developing and periodically reviewing and updating standards of compliance conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees.

Job Summary:

The Data Management Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the activities and productivity of Data Management Team. This position will be the IT lead for PRD. This position will also be responsible for the Quality maintenance of the PRD related system information.

Main functions and responsibilities:

1. Manage the activities and productivity of Data Management including the quality check, data security, Provider status & contact details. Ensure compliance of the data with legal regulations.

2. In Charge of liaising with IT & other Departments for all IT & System related issues/ activities/projects including AI, automation & system enhancement projects.

3. Monitor database performance and report gaps/challenges. Suggest automation & enhancement plans accordingly. Make sure the information is protected and backed-up.

4. Responsible to make the regular periodic update & distribution of Provider Manual.

5. Preparation, Dissemination and Archiving of SACIOHEALTH circulars/ notifications as required.

6. Commercial Reconciliation of non-strategic providers including maintenance of updated Recon Module & tracker

7. Monitor Regulatory portals for updated notices & circulars. Track and archive all regulatory circulars & notices, ensuring their timely implementation.

8. Weekly monitoring of effective functioning of BOT by checking with updated medicine pricelists in the regulatory portal. Monitor other automated Activities.

9. Administer systems and procedures documentation. Support the direct manager to prepare Policies & Procedures.

Job Summary:

  • Actively assist department manager to underwrite risks and manage portfolios of different classes of risks.
  • Propose and recommend terms and conditions in respect of risks/policies, adhering to underwriting guidelines, authority limits, treaty limits and treaty conditions at all times. Present such terms for approval of senior underwriter or direct manager.
  • Underwrite risks within the scope of assigned underwriting authorities.
  • Complete necessary documents and forms relating to respective underwriting transactions for the review of the direct manager as prescribed in the underwriting guidelines and procedures manuals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess the risks offered and review underwriting information including proposal forms.
  • Deal with referrals from regional offices in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support department head to improve underwriting performance and profitability across all lines of business.
  • Meet with clients and brokers as and when required. Maintain good contacts and cordial business relationship with them over phone on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications and experience"

  • University degree is a must. Additionally, holder of professional qualifications e.g. CII or Dip CII.
  • 5+ years of experience.
